This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I have Hoversnap installed on my two PCs running Windows XP.
I installed Hoversnap on my wife's PC running Windows Vista. All the components seem to be there, and the pop-up window comes up, but Hoversnap won't work. Suggestions?
It's odd. No update since 2003, their website reflects upon that. They never released the 3.0 version of their desktop UI software. Despite all this their main website is still alive with downloads intact. Given how all other abandoned websites go, hoverdesk is a survivor. What's keeping it alive?

It doesn't seem to know about the newest versions of MSI and dotNET.
*\GAC\* in an address means to search %systemroot%\assemblies\*
Also, a lot of new MSI component entries have an additional subkey, that contains object installation information.
For now, I will use exclude.lst to exclude the GAC issues and all installer components.
I hope this helps.

Does it support proxies? If not are you planning on adding it? I connect to the internet through a proxy server in our office
That was the shit. Then it wasn't freeware. So I deleted it.
Now it's freeware and I use a Mac.
Pity.
